Summoning of call location details of wife in matrimonial cases permitted by Court

Call location details of wife, to trace her availability at matrimonial house, will not affect or prejudice wife in any way, instead it will only facilitate in deciding issue involved in case. Wife claimed that her husband intends to prove that she was not available at matrimonial house by obtaining call details. Husband thought it very much necessary to know as to whether wife was residing in tenanted house at for which he was paying rentals. Neither any prejudice shall be caused to wife, nor shall her right to privacy be violated in case her call location details are made available. It would infact facilitate trial Court in deciding issue involved in suit. Though wife denied that mobile number was not used by her but she has not denied that it is not her SIM. Therefore Court allowed to summon call location details of wife.
